Ultra Custom Cabs Name Change

This post is marked as hearsay.

Xtreme Gaming Cabients, used to be known as Ultra Custom Cabs (UCC).

They changed this as they got a lot of negative feedback and reception online after buyers frequently said that their support after purchasing a machine was horrible and that half of the games didn’t work.

If you go to Product Review page, you can see a lot of the reviews from when they were UCC happened within 24 hours. This is because they asked all their Facebook fans to post positive reviews to balance out the bad. Also possible that fake reviews are also being posted. (original link)

Since rebranding, they have deleted almost all of their old content, 7 years worth. Oldest post is from 2nd of July 2020.

Retro Play responds, admittedly a bit upset. (original post)

On August 19th 2020, 1 month later, XGC have created a VR pinball arcade. Videos and all of the product are shown. (original post)
